This is a very interesting post. I often feel sick in many buildings in India and realised that it’s poor ventilation and too many people on the same floor. But I guess the answer is only more fresh air.

What an informative post! This is the first time I heard about SBS and I think this is very true especially nowadays with the Pandemic and most of us stay indoors most of the time. Using an ionizer is really helpful in making sure your place is clean visibly and even those that aren’t visible with bare eyes. I’m actually not that keen on using those disinfectant sprays (unless those naturally made) as I also know how harmful the ingredients they add to them. Ionizers work best for us!
