High-intensity interval training(HIIT) includes short, intense workouts. In these workouts, a person performs an intense cardiovascular exercise for around 30 to 60 seconds.     Got a good set of reasons to know why to include HIIT in our workout routine. I cant do it because of slip disc but I can surely reommend the same to people whom I know.

    I have been doing Yoga and realise that it is a modified version of HIIT . But I have to do them properly to see the difference
